Booking and Payment

A reservation is confirmed once a deposit is received. The remaining balance is paid in cash or via bank transfer at the time of bike pickup or delivery.

We accept Thai Baht, USD, EUR, and most major cryptocurrencies. Bank transfers from European cards may take up to 24 hours to clear.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of 5,000 THB or your passport is required at pickup. The deposit is fully refunded at the end of the rental period if the bike is returned in the same condition, with a full tank of fuel.

For long-term rentals (1 month or more), a higher deposit may apply depending on the model.

Insurance and Liability

Basic third-party liability insurance is included in the rental price. It covers damage caused to other vehicles or property in case of an accident.

Damage to the rented bike itself is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend obtaining additional travel/health insurance from your provider before riding.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Within 48 hours of pickup time, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future rental within 12 months.

No-show or same-day cancellation forfeits the full deposit.

Damage and Repairs

Minor scratches and wear from normal use are not charged. For more significant damage, the customer pays the actual repair cost based on receipts from authorized service centers — no markup.

Total loss or theft of the bike is covered by the customer up to the bike's market value.

Cross-Island Rides

We are the only rental service in Koh Samui that officially permits taking bikes off the island (mainland or Koh Phangan). Notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare the necessary documents.

Additional deposit may be required for cross-island trips of more than 3 days.

Driver Requirements

Customers must hold a valid motorcycle license (international or local) for the bike class being rented. Riding without a license voids insurance and shifts full liability to the rider.

Helmets are mandatory at all times — we provide two helmets per bike at no extra cost.
